1. INFORMATION TO THE USER
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
GERIMPORT, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the processing of the personal data of the USER and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data and why do we do it?
All personal data entered through this website will be treated confidentially and exclusively in order to achieve the following purposes:
- In our Contact form: To respond to queries or any type of request made through any of the contact methods made available on our website (by consent of the data subject, 6.1.a GDPR).
- To send newsletters, news, offers and online promotions (by consent of the data subject, 6.1.a GDPR).
- In the “Work with us” section: To include the data subject in personnel selection processes and analyze their profile as a job applicant, with the aim of selecting a candidate for a vacant position (by consent of the data subject, 6.1.a GDPR).
- To properly manage the ethical channel, processing the corresponding information reported through it, with the aim of initiating an investigation and detecting possible crimes and preventing the imposition of any type of liability, as well as to avoid any type of conduct contrary to the internal or external regulations of the entity (for compliance with a legal obligation, 6.1.c GDPR).
- In the “Access” and “Registration” form: To manage the user account in order to provide personalized access to the Gerimport customer area and enjoy the services it offers (by consent of the data subject, 6.1.a GDPR).
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or while there are legal provisions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or the total destruction of them.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the control authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The USERS, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to attend to their request by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to GERIMORT is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification of them.
GERIMPORT informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, GERIMPORT is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
GERIMPORT guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
